HOW TO USE
The ISOTIB-LT®:
STEP 1:
Ensure the weight(s) are pushed onto the stainless steel sleeve.
STEP 2:
Secure your weights tightly against the rear of the sleeve with our custom locking clamp.
STEP 3:
While the ISOTIB-LT® is on the ground, place your foot through the device and tighten the adjustable fastening strap to suit your foot size. Ensure your heel is positioned towards the rear of the device, sitting against the heel support.

When you have finished, place your foot on the ground again and loosen the adjustable fastening strap to release your foot.
The Tib Bar:
STEP 1:
Ensure the weights are pushed up against the HGG customised rear collar and secured tightly with our custom locking clamp.
STEP 2:
Be seated with your upper legs and knees supported and feet / lower calf extended out. Hook the Tib Bar™ onto the end of your feet and work through your exercise reps.
The Nordic Bar:
STEP 1:
Slide the Nordic Bar around the post you are wanting to attach it to and fasten the two HGG moustache bolts up against the post until the clamping pad is tight and the Nordic Bar is securely attached. We recommend kneeling on The Nordic Pad or a padded bench for comfort while doing this exercise.
STEP 2:
Ensure you are doing this exercise slowly and controlled. Slide your ankles in around the cushions, then extend the hamstring muscles to lean forward (from the knees, not the hips) until you come low to the floor, then push yourself back up and repeat.
STEP 3:

We recommend progressively adding weight to tibialis raises with The Tib Bar.
How can I make the Nordic Hamstring Exercise easier?
Check out our Nordic Harness - your ultimate companion for performing assisted Nordic Hamstring Exercise/Curls.
The Nordic Harness can attach to any cable machine or resistance band, then, after fitting the harness around the shoulders, assisted Nordic Curls can be performed.
By using a Nordic Harness, you’re able to effectively deload this exercise, meaning you can train through full range of motion and perform multiple reps, whilst taking the pressure off your hamstrings and knees.
How can I make the Nordic Hamstring Exercise more comfortable?
We recommend purchasing a Nordic Pad along with your Nordic Bar which has been specially designed to ensure extra comfort for your knees when carrying out your Nordic Hamstring Exercises.
Alternatively you can use a padded bench or a folded up towel.
What weight should I start with on the ISOTIB-LT®?
We recommend 1.25-2.5kg to begin with.
What weight should I start with on the Tib Bar?
Depending on your personal strength, we recommend starting with 2.5kg - 10kg on the Tib Bar and building up from there.
Will the ISOTIB-LT® fit my feet / foot?
Yes!
The ISOTIB-LT® has an adjustable and quick release fastening strap that allows you to secure the device to fit your foot width.
The strap has 5 positioning options available to also accommodate varying foot lengths, which can be changed with a phillips head screwdriver if the neutral position is not suitable.
Remember to always wear shoes!
Do I need to purchase one ISOTIB-LT® or two?
You only need to buy one per person!
The ISOTIB-LT® has been designed to fit both your right and left foot, so that you can work through your exercise reps separately with each leg.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, return or refund if the item is faulty or was damaged during transit.
