We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, return or refund if the item is faulty or was damaged during transit.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if you purchased the incorrect product.

In the case of an exchange, we will require you to return the item back to us via Registered Post. Please note we do not cover return postage costs for exchanges - this is the customers responsibility.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return.
Where applicable, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
