Returns Policy

Can I return an item?

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, return or refund if the item is faulty or was damaged during transit.

Please note we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you purchased the incorrect product - so please select carefully.

To start your return, please contact us at with your order number.

In the case of an exchange, we will require you to return the item back to us via Registered Post. Please note we do not cover return postage costs for exchanges - this is the customers responsibility.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. 
Where applicable, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

What happens if my product is faulty or damaged in transit?

We are so sorry to hear that!

Please contact us at with your order number and any images and/or videos of the issue. We will then either send you out a replacement part, or organise a full product replacement, depending on the scope of the damage.

Please note: If your product is required to be returned to us prior to a replacement, the equipment will be assessed prior to the return being accepted. If accepted we will then organise for the replacement to be shipped to you.

If the returned product is not accepted, you will then be liable for return shipping costs and the cost of re-shipment back to you.


Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note: A 5% fee applies for all refunds within this 24 hour period.

All orders outside of the 24 hour window are not eligible for a refund.


Can I change my order?

Please ensure you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
