From a safety point of view I found this to be better than the tib bar as easier to use and set up. More emphasis with control of the foot through range.

I use great items indoors. I use a balance ball to keep my ankles angled.

Whilst i like it, its difficult to control and manage stability given it for 1 foot only, i would recomend getting the bar that requires both feet to be used together. This is not an ideal product if you are trying to build muscle whilst recovering from injuries

Well made, does exactly what is supposed to.
The clamp is not the same quality as the isotob. If they used a better clamp I would not be able to fault the isotib.
Overall excellent addition to my gym, really happy.

It’s great, far better than a band workout.

I really like the Iso-tib and Tib bar. They are both great for daily use and warm-up routine for multi-joint lifts.
The Nordic Curl is great too, need to come up with a better postion for it on my squat rack but it supports my weight no problem and is much cheaper option then a nordic bench

Excellent device for training the tibialis. Very sturdy metal build. The design is intuitive, screwing the side down to slowly clamp your foot to the tightness you need. This has already made a difference in my daily life and i couldn't imagine training leg day without it now.

Best piece of equipment for working your Tibs!! Super high quality!

After 4 years of active-duty service, and injuries to both ankles under significant load...I am now pain free for the first time in years! I was unable to even preform body weight calf raises without experiencing significant pain. I've owned the Isotib for just under 2 months and i'm now using weighted calf raise machines and can even jump rope again!
Highly recommend the Isotib or any other tibialis product HGG offers. Truely life changing.

Love my ISOTIB. I was a little skeptical at first due to the cost but its worth it to me. I was born severely pigeon toe'd and had achilles surgery on both heels at birth. This has severely restricted my ankle mobility all my life (like zero degrees flexion on my left foot and a few degrees on right). Using it for the first time, I could feel the burn instantly in my tibialis, making me realize I have never worked that muscle before. I hope as I work the tibialis with the ISOTIB that I'll be able to gain some ankle mobility. Though I haven't seen a noticeable change yet I have noticed a big change in single leg stability in all movements, and a reduction in knee pain while cycling and hiking which are both huge for me. Last thing I'll say is the build quality on this thing is superb. The brass nut that you use to adjust it is so freaking cool and it patinas with use, which I love. The rubber material that cushions the top of your foot is surprisingly dense and high quality; it's not going to crumble or break apart anytime soon like foam would. I'm happy to support a small business making unique, beautiful, and helpful products like this.

It does what it's made for. As someone who has had flat arches most of my life and has weak shin muscles. just a few minutes each morning helps my shins, knees, quads, and hamstrings feel more connected with one another. It's a great tool that works the tibs better than anything else I have tried. It's worth the investment for the health of my legs as I get older. Thank you to the creators of this tool. God bless you all.

While I didn’t quite know what to expect when I received my iso-tib bar, I was blown away but the IMMEDIATE impact it made to my training.
Twice per week I focus on progressively overloaded lower body compound movements. It is often that my legs feel stiff and creaky throughout my session. There are also days post -training, that my knee, hip and/or shins ache, likely due to compromised form… which is a result of not warming up properly and moving through my lifts with fluidity.
After a couple sets with the iso-tib, I instantly felt like my joints were “primed “ for my lower body training. and thus performed my lifts in smoother, non- compromised manner.
Since that time I have proceeded to add tibia training with the iso-tub to most sessions as I attempt to work it in during my rest period in between sets.
Huge thanks to the Home Gym Guys for being patient with me as I asked about a dozen questions before actually making a purchase. The education and polite guidance has been a game changer for a guy who is attempting to still train as if I were 25 years old :)

My new favorite piece of equipment. Solid gear that works great. Works the tibs great.

Exactly what I wanted. Its saving my knees and bringing my foot/ankle back stronger than ever.
Highly recommend the iso tib.

I received my Isotib very fast considering it was an overseas purchase. The IsoTib itself is very sturdy and easy to adjust according to foot size. The clamp that comes with it to hold the plates in place is not quite as good quality, but this is a minor detail

No matter the location you can always find a place to put the isotib to good use and have everything from your knee down thanking you for the effort!

I have a 50 year old job-related ankle injury that needed surgery at the time of the accident. The injury has come back to haunt me - I have been having difficulty walking for more than a year. I tried anything and everything to help move around without pain and nothing has been effective.
I recently bought the Isotib in a desperate attempt to help resolve this chronic issue that has been becoming increasingly worse. By lifting light weight and articulating my ankle in ways otherwise not possible before using the Isotib, I have made huge progress in both strength and flexibility, after only a few weeks. I still have a ways to go and for the first time I am moving towards real improvement. The Isotib is truly a life saver.

The Isotib delivers in every way promised. A single-foot device allows me to focus effort on the ankle and shin muscles in a much greater range of motion than a two-foot one. I'm very happy with this purchase. Well worth the cost and the wait.

I have done the tib raises like knees over toes guy with butt against the wall and wrapping a dumbbell to my feet, but the isotib is by far the BEST tib exercise and you get an even workout between legs. This is the best. Love it. Well made too. Definitely worth it!!

Great quality. Got it for home use. Brought it to my gym and now all of my gym mates are getting good use out of it.

Great for recovering from muscle loss after blood cancer I have a tib bar as well but I think the isotib has the benefit of that instability to strengthen all the small ligaments and muscles in the lower leg
