Exercises to grow the booty
Do you want to strengthen and grow your glutes? Then you've come to the right place! This booty building workout will have you feeling the burn and getting all the booty gains.
- Barbell Hip Thrust: Heavy 3x8 - Targets glutes, hamstrings, quads and adductors. It also helps to stabilise the pelvis.
- Landmine Squat: Medium 3x12 - Targets quads and glutes. Make sure to squeeze at the top to activate your glutes.
- Banded Squat Walk: 10 each side x 3 - Targets and strengthens hip abductors and glutes. Keep low when in the squat position.
- ISOTIB-LT Kick Back - Targets glutes and hamstrings. Be sure to keep hips level during the kickback.
