One of the major benefits of using the Nordic Bar™ attached to a fixed post is that it provides the option to tie a resistance band between your chest and the upright post. This means the exercise can FINALLY be scaled and regressed to a beginner level, allowing the exercise to be performed through full range of motion for multiple reps.
The Nordic Bar™ has been developed with comfort, function and style in mind. Our Nordic Bar™ includes a larger 8mm plate making it extra heavy duty, an anti-slip textured pad for extra stability, and a wider back pad with two of our epic moustache bolts allowing for a bigger bite surface to stop any lateral movement during your exercise.

Much more compact than your typical gym sled, our BP-Sled 2.0 is easily portable, lightweight and very strong.
Now featuring removable posts that can be quickly switched from one end to the other, The BP-Sled 2.0 is perfect for push and pull work in any direction!
It is ideal for use in home gyms, commercial gyms and can also be used for outdoor training sessions, on grass, bitumen, a football field or basketball court.
The BP-Sled 2.0 is made in Australia from high quality laser cut steel and features our custom 50mm Stainless Steel Sleeve (which will suit both Olympic & Competition 2 inch plates), 2 x 65cm Push Poles, a custom HGG Waist Strap and a set if premium HDPE Skids allowing you to use your BP-Sled on a variety of different surfaces.

As our products are manufactured by hand, our normal turnaround time is 14 business days + shipping.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Shipping costs will apply, and will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight and your delivery location.
How long will shipping take?
All worldwide orders are shipped with FedEx which takes 3 - 14 business days to arrive after your order has been processed.
All Australian orders are shipped with Aramex which takes 1 - 10 business days to arrive after your order has been processed.
Delivery details and a tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email, which will be sent to you after your order has been processed.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, return or refund if the item is faulty or was damaged during transit.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if you purchased the incorrect product.
