The ISOTIB® has been designed to isolate and strengthen the muscles of the ankle and shin (tibialis anterior), increasing ankle stabilization while preventing ankle injuries and shin splints. 

It can also be used to add weight to hamstring curls, leg extensions, donkey kicks and hip flexor work, making it the ideal tool for strengthening the legs.


Having the ability to train unilaterally is a superior advantage in all types of sports performance and athletic development, and is second to none when it comes to rehabilitation. 

Statistically speaking, the majority of injuries occur to one part, limb, or side of the body at a time. Because of this, it is common for impingements, tight spots, sore areas, and/or weak points to show up on only one side of the body. Not to mention that for most people, one side of the body is a dominant, stronger side than the other.

Using the ISOTIB® allows you to train each leg individually, removing imbalances and offering the ability to strengthen any weak areas or deficits.


The ISOTIB® is made from laser cut quality steel and features a stainless steel 50mm sleeve (which will suit both Olympic & Competition 2 inch plates). The ISOTIB® also features our custom locking clamp to hold weights, an adjustable foot clamp, and cushioned ankle support to ensure comfort. The ISOTIB® has a matte black finish. 

Easily portable, lightweight and very strong, the ISOTIB ® is ideal for use in home gyms, commercial gyms and can also be used for outdoor training sessions. It is suitable for everyone and anyone, and can be used anywhere at anytime.

The ISOTIB® is an innovative piece of equipment to unilaterally strengthen the tibialis anterior through linear tib raises. The ISOTIB® is also capable of inversion and eversion exercises, as well as rotational work, and by medially (inwardly) rotating the leg allows the peroneals (outside shin muscles) to be targeted too.

Training the peroneal muscle is crucial for recovery and prevention of lateral ankle sprains, which can often stretch the connecting ligaments.

The ISOTIB® can be used on both the left and right foot, and it has an   adjustable foot clamp to suit a wide range of foot sizes. 



We recommend always wearing shoes whilst using the ISOTIB® due to the clamping mechanism - the clamping mechanism will tighten against your shoe to fit to size.

Ensure the weight(s) are pushed onto the stainless steel steel sleeve and secured tightly against the rear of the sleeve with our custom locking clamp.

While the ISOTIB® is on the ground, place your foot through the ISOTIB® and tighten the adjustable foot clamp to suit your foot size.

Be seated with your upper leg(s) and knee(s) supported and feet / lower calf extended out. Work through your exercise reps, and when you have finished, place your foot on the ground again and loosen the adjustable brass foot clamp to release your foot.
