• The ISOTIB-LT® is our newest & most versatile single leg Tib Bar - a powerful strength & conditioning tool designed to unilaterally train the entire lower body.
• The ISOTIB-LT® features a heavy duty nylon frame, stainless steel 50mm loading bar and custom locking clamp to hold weights securely. It has also has a loading bar that boasts 3 positioning options to accommodate various foot sizes and exercise preferences.
• The ISOTIB-LT® has a fast fit and quick release adjustable foot strap features 5 positioning options to ensure it fits all foot sizes. The heel support ensures maximum comfort and securely fastens device for exercises such as hamstring curls.
• The Nordic Bar is a tool used for Nordic hamstring exercises and holds the ankles in place while kneeling on the ground and leaning forward from the knee to extend the hamstring muscles.
• The Nordic Bar easily fastens on to any immovable solid object measuring up to 90mm in width and includes a wider back pad with two bolts allowing for a bigger bite surface to stop lateral movement during your exercise.
• Features a heavy duty 8mm plate and an anti-slip textured pad for extra stability, plus cushioned ankle supports for comfort.
• The BP-Sled 2.0 is a compact, easily portable, lightweight and very strong sled featuring removable posts that can be quickly switched from one end to the other, it is perfect for push and pull work in any direction!
• The BP-Sled 2.0 is made from high quality laser cut steel with a matte black finish and features our custom 50mm Stainless Steel Sleeve, 2 x 65cm Push Poles, a custom HGG Waist Strap and a set of premium HDPE Skids - allowing you to use your BP-Sled on a variety of different surfaces.

The ISOTIB-LT®:

The BP-Sled 2.0

• The BP-Sled 2.0 unlocks push and pull exercises. These are functional full-body strength exercises that target your quads, glutes, hip flexors, calves, hamstrings AND core! Say hello to explosive strength and power.
• Sled pushes also target the triceps, chest and shoulders, giving you a decent upper body workout and the strength gains to go with it!
• Sled drags strengthen and encourage blood flow to the knee, helping to reduce knee pain and injury.

The ISOTIB-LT®:

STEP 1:

Ensure the weight(s) are pushed onto the stainless steel sleeve.

STEP 2:

Secure your weights tightly against the rear of the sleeve with our custom locking clamp.

STEP 3:

While the ISOTIB-LT® is on the ground, place your foot through the device and tighten the adjustable fastening strap to suit your foot size. Ensure your heel is positioned towards the rear of the device, sitting against the heel support.

When you have finished, place your foot on the ground again and loosen the adjustable fastening strap to release your foot.

The Nordic Bar:

STEP 1:

Slide the Nordic Bar around the post you are wanting to attach it to and fasten the two HGG moustache bolts up against the post until the clamping pad is tight and the Nordic Bar is securely attached. We recommend kneeling on The Nordic Pad or a padded bench for comfort while doing this exercise.

STEP 2:

Ensure you are doing this exercise slowly and controlled. Slide your ankles in around the cushions, then extend the hamstring muscles to lean forward (from the knees, not the hips) until you come low to the floor, then push yourself back up and repeat.

STEP 3:

The BP-Sled 2.0:

Stack your preferred weights onto the Stainless Sleeve. Clip your HGG Waist Strap to the Sled using the carabiner and loop the opposite end around your waist.

Walk backwards pulling the Sled behind you. Alternatively, lean down and push the Sled in front of you with the push poles.
